In order to be insignificant, the new or increased discharge may not increase the <br />actual instream concentration by more than 15% of the available increment over the baseline condition. <br />The insignificant level is the ADBAC calculated in Table A -12 above. If the new WQBEL concentration <br />(or potentially the TL Conc for bioaccumulatives) is greater than the ADBAC, an AD limit would be <br />applied.
