We are <br />proposing to install a concrete slab to service and repair all of our equipment. The <br />proposal will accommodate the Footings and Foundation for a structure at a later <br />date. Rocky Road Quarry will submit an additional Technical Revision when the <br />building is to be built. <br />The slab proposal is as follows; 40 ft. X 40 ft. <br />FOUNDATION <br />160 LF <br />3' x 12" EXT FROST WALL <br />160 LF <br />24" x 8" FOOTING <br />10 EA <br />24 "SQ x 3' PILASTER <br />10 EA <br />3'sQ x 8" FOOTING PAD <br />Roos <br />1,603 SF 6" SOG (#4 @ 16" EA WAY, 4" GRAVEL <br />Any incidental spills on the concrete slab will be collected with absorbent materials <br />and placed in drums and properly disposed of once an adequate amount is generated. <br />All oil and fluids will be captured with industry standard collection containers. The <br />collection containers will be emptied into a 500 gallon used oil tank with a 90" X 72" <br />X 24" secondary steel container and removed and disposed of by Raptor Used Oil <br />Company. <br />Respectfully <br />Douglas J.
