Filbert Ct. <br />Centennial, CO 80121 <br />400, CONFICEMTW- <br />RE: Capital Prize Mine; DRMS File No. P- 2014 -005; Financial Warranty Acceptance and <br />Approval to Commence Prospecting <br />Dear Mr. Tulk, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has completed the review of your Notice of <br />Intent to Conduct Prospecting (NOI) application. The Division staff has determined the application meets <br />the requirements of the Act and Rules and is pleased to inform Maisie Mining Company, LLC that the <br />Capital Prize Mine prospecting project is approved. In addition, the Division has received and accepted a <br />One Site Financial Warranty for Deposit in State Treasury in the amount of $2,000.00. <br />Please note that compliance with the Act and Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board does not relieve you of responsibility to comply with all other applicable local state and federal <br />laws. Therefore, Maisie Mining Company must be in compliance with the local zoning requirements of <br />the Town of Georgetown before proceeding with prospecting activities. <br />Pursuant to Rule 5.1.3(d)(iv), the Division's determination will not take effect until the expiration of the <br />five business days allowed for an appeal, or, in the case of an appeal, until the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board issues its decision. Also, in accordance with Rule 5.6, an Annual Report and associated fee of <br />$86.00 per site must be submitted on your notice approval anniversary date for each year following the <br />filing of an NOI until reclamation responsibility release is granted.
