Inc. (Tri- State) is submitting the enclosed "Application Form for a Revision to a Coal Mining and Reclamation Permit" for a technical revision on behalf of the Western Fuels- Colorado. A Limited Liability Company (Western Fuels - Colorado) New Horizon Mine. Tri -State is the parent company of Western Fuels- Colorado. The New Horizon Mine operates under Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (CDRMS) Permit No. C- 1981 -008. This minor revision application for the New Horizon Mine is being submitted to address the following changes: • Revising Section 2.05.3(3) to include a permanent hay shed on the TMR47 property, • Updating the Utility Relocation Map 2.05.3(3) -3 to reflect current conditions, • Addition of the approved Water Augmentation Plan as Attachment 2.05.6(3) -3. • Propose installation of flow meter(s) and the end of the trench drain pipe, • Clarifying the reference to Map 2.05.3(3) -1 on pages 3, 41 and 45 of Section 2.05.3(3).
