All cultural resource and T &E surveys for this area
were previously conducted and this pipeline avoids all findings. As before this pipeline is
laid on the surface with negligible disturbance.
Map 147 and page III -27 have been updated to address the additional pipeline.
A cultural resource survey is scheduled for the areas not recently surveyed effected by the
exploration activities. A T &E survey has been conducted with no species of concern
located. The report is pending.
A summary map identifying the changes requested by this minor revision is attached.
If you have any further questions please contact me at 970 - 675 -4322.
Sincerel v.
Scott Wanstedt
Environmental Engineer
swanstedt@deserado.com
enc:
cc: Jeff Dubbert
Paul Daggett — BLM
