The modification addresses the construction of <br /> four new concrete pad foundations to support new processes that are being incorporated into pilot plant <br /> operations at AMSO's oil shale RD&D site.The four new pads will be installed within the existing <br /> disturbed areal;therefore,no change is being made to the disturbed acreage at the site.
