CMC—Henderson Operations <br /> DRMS 2013 Annual Water Monitoring Report <br /> June 2014 <br /> Mill data for POC well MLGW-7 and non-POC long-term surface water monitoring locations <br /> ' WFR-20 and WFR-40 are included in this report and presented both in a table and trend <br /> evaluation graphs. <br /> Groundwater Studies at the Mill <br /> rIn addition to the collection of water monitoring data in 2013,the Henderson Mill completed and <br /> submitted an initial Groundwater Monitoring Point of Compliance (POC), Technical <br /> ' Memorandum (AJAX and Clear Creek Associates, May 2013). Along with the Groundwater <br /> Quality Assessment for MLGW-7, Technical Memorandum (AJAX and Clear Creek Associates, <br /> 2014) referenced above, this memo includes investigations and recommendations to evaluate <br /> groundwater flow and transport pathways east of the I-Dam and 3-Dam facilities for potential <br /> new point of compliance (POC) locations at MLGW-15 and below 3-Dam <br /> ' Subsequent follow-up from these recommendations, as well as baseline monitoring data for POC <br /> well MLGW-ACR and proposed POC wells MLGW-15 and MLGW-17, can be seen in the 5- <br /> Quarter Water Quality Data and Baseline Parameters Report(Aquionix, 2014). <br /> 2 of 7 <br />
