YUST RANCH GRAVEL PIT <br /> EXHIBIT E <br /> RECLAMATION PLAN <br /> Yust Ranch Reclamation Plan is to reclaim the phases as the mining operations progress to the <br /> west. The mining plan is broken out into four phases and upon receipt of the 112 permit, the <br /> operations will move into phase 2 and reclamation of phase 1 (the existing 110 permit area) <br /> wit[ begin. The high walls wilt be laid back at a 3:1 backslope and topsoil Witt be placed at a <br /> minimum of 4" before grass drill seeding the area. <br /> Topsoil from stripping activities wilt be stockpiled and seeded along the sides of the individual <br /> phased areas. Following mining activities, the soil wilt be placed on backstopes and the pit <br /> floor areas. The Soil Conservation Service provided a plan for topsoiling and seeding that we <br /> will follow (attached). Maximum disturbed area at any one time Will be 10 acres. <br /> The control and monitoring of noxious weeds will take place. Weed-free native vegetation <br /> will be used to reseed all disturbed areas. Erosion control measures as request by Colorado <br /> Parks and Wildlife will also be completed in reclamation. <br /> Reclamation costs include backfitting, sloping and grading as well as topsoil and seeding. <br /> YUST RANCH GRAVEL PIT <br /> 112 CONVERSION APPLICATION <br /> M 2000-014 Page 5 <br />
