Attachment III <br />Proof of Notice to the Lake County Commissioners <br />NOTICE OF FILING A NOTICE OF INTENT <br />WITH THE COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />LAKE COUNTY <br />The New West Reclamation, LLC., (the "Prospector ") has applied for a Notice of Intent (NOI) <br />from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the Board) to conduct mineral prospecting <br />operations in Lake County. The attached information is being provided to notify you of the <br />location and nature of the proposed operation.
