In a telephone conversation on June 2, 2014, Lisa Turner of the San Miguel Basin Forum
confirmed that her newspaper published a notice of the DRMS approval of TR -63 on May 22,
2014. Ms. Turner also stated that she sent proof of the publication to DRMS on Friday, May 30,
2014.
