Box 483 <br />Paonia, CO 81428 <br />Re: Bowie No. 2 Mine (Permit No. C- 1996 -083) <br />March 2014 NPDES Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />Dear Mr. Bear: <br />The Division has received and reviewed Bowie Resources, LLC's (BRL) March 2014 <br />Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. BRL submits the DMRs to <br />the Division monthly in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2). <br />BRL reported discharges from the sewage treatment plant only, which is consistent with <br />Division observations of water levels and discharges. <br />BRL reported no exceedances of any parameters required to be monitored. <br />The Division does not have any questions or further comments at this time. Please note <br />that we have not yet received the April DMRs for the Bowie No. 2 Mine.
