May 28, 2014 C- 1981 - 037 /GEC Strip Mine JHB <br />SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br />Gullies continue to enlarge, and small bare patches are present within the reclamation. (Photo 9) The large <br />gully on the east side of Fremont County Road remains largely unchanged, though it appears they may be <br />additional sediment deposited in the bottom of this gully (formerly a ditch). (Photo 1, 2 & 3) <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Several GEC permit boundary signs remain legible on the west side of the reclaimed area at the west pit. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.063; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />No topsoil stockpiles remain on the site.
