The Parties agree that: <br />I. INFORM's Petition to Intervene should be granted. <br />2. Gold Eagle's Petition for Declaratory Order should be granted with the following <br />requirements: <br />a. Gold Eagle must submit to DOE a reclamation plan for each mine, permit numbers <br />M -1977 -248, M- 1977 -297, M- 1978 -311, and M -1978 -342, in accordance with the <br />lease stipulations on or before June 30.2014, and Gold Eagle must provide the <br />Division and INFORM copies of all documents submitted to DOE regarding the <br />reclamation plan for each mine; and <br />b. Gold Eagle must notify the Division and INFORM upon receiving approval of each <br />reclamation plan from DOE. <br />c, Gold Eagle must complete reclamation of a mine within 180 days of receiving <br />approval for the mine's reclamation plan from DOE and the Division. <br />3. Failing to abide by the terms of this Stipulation constitutes a violation of a Board order. <br />WHEREFORE, the parties respectfully request that the Board approve this joint stipulation at its <br />May 21, 2014 meeting. <br />Respectfully Submitted this 21 st day of May, 2014. <br />GOLD EAGLE MINING.
