Apri122, 2014 C -1983- 059 /Terror Creek Loadout JRS <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6); Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />- The loadout's main access/haul road is a paved road to the facilities area and a dirt road once it enters the <br />facilities area. The road is well maintained and stable and no erosional problems were noted either on the road or <br />the road embankments. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />- The fuel island area appeared to be stable and in good condition. there did not appear to be any problems with <br />this area. <br />- There is a small pile of coal that has been dumped by the truck dump. This material will be pushed into the truck <br />dump and processed as needed. <br />- The railroad siding track was in good condition at the time of the inspection. There is some coal on the tracks <br />(from minor spillage) but this coal is only on a small portion of the tracks by the loadout and not off of the tracks. <br />There are several cars on the tracks but there is no evidence that these cars were being loaded. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2, Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.063; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />- The topsoil stockpile by the sediment pond was well vegetated and appeared to be stable at the time of the <br />inspection.
