William A. Bear
Page 8of8
May 28, 2014
57. On proposed page 2.05 -126, a reference to SW -4 was removed from the text, but SW -4 is
retained in the table on page 2.05 -128. Please update the table.
Rule 2.10 — Maps and Plans
58. The text on proposed page 2.04 -32 states that the location of DH -68 is shown on Map 9, (on
Iron Point). DH -68 has been approved by the USFS as a location for a groundwater
monitoring point. Although BRL provides a well supported argument that such a well would
not be feasible to construct, the location of the approved point is a useful reference. The
point does not appear to be marked. Please update Map 9 to show point DH -68.
59. Proposed Maps 9 and 10B show different locations for groundwater monitoring point TC-
03-02. Please verify the correct location and update the maps accordingly.
60. Proposed Maps 10A and 10B appear to show conflicting information as to the underground
workings. Also the drill hole layer shown on Map 10B is omitted from Map 10A. Please
verify the workings and drill hole information and update the two Maps accordingly,
(alternatively, BRL may wish to project all three sets of potentiometric surface contours
on a single sheet).
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Susan L.
