Weather <br />conditions at the time of the inspection were sunny, breezy and warm, approximately 70 degrees. Ground <br />conditions were dry. <br />The permit for the Bear Mine has been revoked and the reclamation performance bond has been forfeited. The <br />Abandoned Mined Land program of DRMS will contract with a third party to complete the remaining reclamation <br />tasks for the site. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING Rule 4.14 Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour <br />4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)0; Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling ofAcid and Toxic Materials <br />4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />Backfilled and regraded slopes on the eastern end of the portal slope were stable and vegetated.
