May 21, 2014 C- 1982 - 057 /Seneca 11 -W Mine JDM <br />Pond 016 and PM -2 <br />Pond 017 was stable and well vegetated. The primary riser pipe and emergency spillway were stable. Discharge <br />was observed through the flume at the time of the inspection. No problems were noted with the exception of the <br />following: <br />- the access road along the north side of the pond has been damaged with cutting of the road going into the pond. <br />- A spring discharges along the slope north of the road and runs in the road eventually draining into the pond.
