A small elk herd was observed near <br />the area of undisturbed lands to the south of the PM-IA drainage. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4, Effluent Limits 4.05.2, Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />This partial inspection focused on the southern established drainages of the Seneca II -W Mine permit area. <br />Established drainages PM -2, PM 3, PM -3A, PM -6, PM -213, PM -2A, PM -2C, PM -21), PM -2C, PM -IA, PM -113, <br />PM -1, PM -1C, PM -413, PM -4A, PM -4, PM -4C, and PM -41) were observed during this inspection. No problems <br />or evidence of instability were noted during this on the ground inspection of the drainages.
