On both occasions Bill used his Montana 4 -WD farm tractor and <br />attachments for the project. Attached please find photos of Bill's Montana tractor and <br />attachments. Bill did not have any sinking issues with his tractor during time spent on the <br />Winters property and estimates his tractor weighs approximately 7,500 pounds with the disc <br />attachment. <br />Also on a couple of occasions around the time Bill was scheduled to work the Winters' <br />property with his tractor, Mark Klune contacted Melanie Cooper and offered Bill's tractor <br />services to work her property. On both occasions Melanie declined Mark's offer for Bill to <br />plow and disc her property. <br />On Saturday, March 1, 2014, Bill Pope plowed /disc approximately 4.2 acres of the Winters' <br />property for five hours. Please see attached photos and pdf dated March 17, 2014. <br />On Saturday, April 12, 2014, Bill Pope plowed /disc the remaining exposed acreage of the <br />Winters' property not worked on March 1, 2014, and redressed the 4.2 acres worked on <br />March 1. Bill also pulled out some dead trees per Judy Winters' request. Total operation <br />time on Winters' property was eight hours. Please let me know if you require additional <br />photos of Bill's work and I will send them to you. Transit Mix will monitor the Winters' <br />property for any new cracks. <br />Regards, <br />
