Hickeniooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Virginia Brannon <br />Director <br />The Division received an application for MR -38 on May 16, 2014, and deemed it to be complete <br />for purposes of filing on May 19, 2014. Notification of completeness was provided to GCC <br />Energy, LLC (GCC) and was posted at the Division's Denver office. <br />With MR -38, GCC seeks approval to update the permit to reflect changes made to the officers of <br />GCC Energy, LLC. To that end, the application included revised pages King 12.03.4 -1 and -2 <br />and King 11 2.03.4-1 and -2. <br />An AV'S check for the King Coal Mine has been conducted utilizing the proposed revised pages. <br />Please refer to the attached memo (dated May 20, 2014) for details. The decision date for MR- <br />38 is May 29, 2014.
