1) An estimate of the periods of time which will be required for the various stages or phases of
reclamation.
Reclamation of the site will be completed within approximately one year after mining is complete,
but no longer than 5 years. Please note that the schedule is an estimate based on current market
conditions. The timing may vary depending upon the demand for construction material, which may
impact the life of the mining operation.

The maximum anticipated slope gradient will be 3:1.

The operator will seed during the appropriate season to ensure adequate moisture for germination

It is not anticipated that any fertilizer will be necessary. If it is, the type and application rate
of fertilizer shall be determined based on a soil test at the time of final reclamation.
