The mine is known as <br />the Henderson Development or Sandy <br />Acres Pit and is located in parts of <br />Section 26, Township 1 South, Range <br />67 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Adams <br />County, Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement <br />was 1980 and the proposed date of <br />completion is June 2015. The proposed <br />future use of the land covered by this <br />amendment is pastureland or rangeland. <br />Additional information and the tentative <br />decision date may be obtained from the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Suite 215, Denver, CO <br />80203 (303) 866 -3567, or at the Adams <br />County Clerk and Recorders Office; <br />4430 S. Adams County Parkway, <br />Brighton, CO 80601 or the above named <br />applicant.
