A subsidence and
seismic monitoring program was developed exclusively for the Bruce Park
Dam and Bruce Park landslide. However, since the mine plan was changed
(PR -12) and no mining with a projected angle of draw that is within one mile
on the Terror Creek Reservoir will occur, the subsidence and seismic
monitoring program for the Bruce Park dam and Bruce Park landslide will be
suspended. Should mining be proposed within one mile of the Bruce Park
dam and Terror Creek Reservoir, the subsidence control plan will be
reactivated. The suspended seismic monitoring program is explained in
Volume IIIA, Exhibit 18 with specific emphasis on the quarterly seismic
monitoring reports. The suspended monitoring program for the Bruce Park
landslide is presented in Exhibit 20.
A subsidence control plan is not required.
Not applicable.
Not applicable.
A description of the subsidence control plan, prepared by appropriately
qualified professionals follows:
2.05-144- 07/10
