Exhibit H <br />Wildlife Information <br />Williams/Illinois Gravel Pit <br />Wildlife, Terrestrial This proposed conversion of a mining operation would occur in <br />an area inhabited by a variety of wildlife including Rocky Mountain Elk, mule deer, <br />pronghorn, golden eagles, coyotes, badgers, and a variety of small animals and songbirds. <br />These species depend on the rangeland ecosystem during various seasons of the year. <br />This mining operation will temporarily displace wildlife, however sufficient area exist <br />adjacent to the proposed site to support the wildlife displaced by the gravel pit operation. <br />Threated and Endangered The project has Sage grouse in the area but the Sensitive <br />Species designation does not provide for legal protection for sage mouse The pit is <br />located in an area that is not defined as a winter habitat; however this operation would not <br />eliminate enough ygggtabon to adversely impact sage- grouse during the time in which <br />sand and gravel will be excavated from the site. <br />See Attached Documentation from Original 110 Permit Exhibit `B" (d). <br />
