Denver Water is in the process of <br />evaluating repair options; once a repair option has been selected Denver Water will inform the DRMS <br />and initiate a Technical Revision to the mining permit to address the repairs. <br />Once the repair is completed another leak test will be performed and reported in accordance with State <br />Engineer Guidelines for Lining Criteria for Gravel Pits (1999). <br />If you have any questions or should you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to <br />contact me at 303 - 628 -6309 or greg.gulley @denverwater.org. <br />Sincerely, <br />Gre ry E.
