2 -24 <br />2.1.9 Subsidence <br />No structure or renewable resource lands exist within the proposed affected <br />area. Information contained on Figures 1.1 -2, 2.2 -1 and 4.1 -1 as well as agency <br />concurrence in the previous McClane Canyon and Munger Canyon Mine approval <br />documents may be used to verify this fact. As is shown in Appendix J, there is an <br />absence of cultural or historic resources that will be affected. <br />In accordance with Rule 4.20.2, notification of subsidence will be sent to the <br />surface owners listed on Figure 1.1 -3a at least six months prior to the initiation of <br />mining beneath their properties.
