At the
writing of this letter the Division has not approved TR -113. Per our review of the Reclamation
Summary, in connection with our knowledge of Trapper's mining operations, site visits and inspections
carried out subsequent to 12/31/13, and observation of the reclamation activity as presented in this table,
we find the New Disturbance Acres, Backfilled and Graded Areas, Topsoil Replacement Areas and Range
Site A &B seeded acres amounts presented in the 2013 Reclamation Summary to be reasonable and
appropriately stated. Trapper Mine conducts temporary seeding of affected acres as cited below Table
1.1. The Division has not verified those acreages reported nor did we witness these activities. However,
the Division has no reason to doubt the acreages reported to have been temporarily seeded.
Sincerely,
po- Ctd11K--
Jared Ebert
Environmental Protection Specialist
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http: / /mining.state.co.us
John W.
