The <br />mining will be done in the Bates East Section of the Blue Seam. All mining will be <br />done as in seam mining. This allows us to ship RAW Coal to our projected client. <br />Therefore, the coal WILL NOT ran though the Wash Plant. This procedure will <br />produce an amount of waste that will be managed with the procedures included in <br />the Technical Revision #70 to be submitted early this month.
