On behalf of of Oldcastle SW Group dba United Companies of Mesa County, we are submitting this
Technical Revision to the 15 Road Pit to address changes in the mining and reclamation plan, as well
as changes in the worst case bond costs. The revised pages are enclosed and can be used to replace the
existing pages in the permit. A new Map C -3 is also enclosed. Please call me if you have any
