Mining is nearly complete we have approximately 3 months left to complete <br />mining on the 13.80 acres colored brown on the map. The green area (5.32 acres) is <br />undisturbed area. Mining will continue in the previously disturbed areas. <br />9. We began to store material for below water sloping along the west and south <br />sides of the mined area covering approximately 2.46 acres. <br />11. We expect to begin construction on the side slopes along the east side this <br />year. Once sloping si done the above water areas will be resoiled and seeded. <br />Much of the mine area is lake bottom and needs little or no reclamation. <br />14. The topsoil piles cover 2.5 acres and contain an estimated 45,000 yards for <br />use during reclamation. Piles have vegetative covers. <br />16. A copy of the SEO's slurry wall certification letter is on file with the <br />division. <br />20. The monitoring results are attached from first quarter 2012 thru Second <br />Quarter 2014. This reports also contains ground water depth information <br />collected by AFS for monitoring wells 1 & 8 starting in first quarter 2013 as <br />requested by Division. Monitoring well is north of the mined area and monitoring <br />well 1 is on the northeast corner. <br />
