I am currently on site at Trapper and I have been working directly with Graham <br />Roberts and Forrest Luke with regard to our procedures around the Company's Asset Reclamation <br />Obligation. Per discussion with these individuals, it was explained to me that you were willing to help the <br />Company and audit team by way of relaying your comfort with the Company's 2013 Reclamation Summary <br />as included in the Annual Report submission. We greatly appreciate your willingness to help, this will be <br />extremely helpful in terms of our audit procedures. Thank you in advance! <br />I have included the 2013 Reclamation Summary herein, and a draft of a letter explaining your comfort over <br />the summary. If you wouldn't mind reviewing the letter attached herein, printing on Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety letterhead, signing, and returning the signed letter to me, I would greatly <br />appreciate it. Additionally, I have included a word version of the letter in the case you would like to make <br />any revisions to my draft. <br />Again, we greatly appreciate your willingness to help.
