The application for suspension of operations and <br />production consists of two federal coal leases, COC61357 and COC70615. <br />A copy of the application is enclosed. Please submit comments regarding the applicant's <br />justification for the suspension as well as any recommendations for stipulations considered <br />appropriate based on the application.
