No stability issues were observed. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Vegetation reference areas were inspected for personal identification for the inspector. The sagebrush reference <br />area is located south of the sediment pond within the valley. No issues were observed. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02: <br />The mine identification sign was located at the gated entrance above East Salt Creek. The sign had all required <br />information for compliance. <br /> <br />Disturbance markers were located along the all disturbed areas within the permit boundary. Markers consist of <br />rebar painted red and are visible from one to the next. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsoil pile across the road from the sediment pond was well vegetated and stable.
