Compliance With Mine Plan - Support Facilities Not On-site <br />NN <br /> - Other - Special Categories Of Mining <br />RR <br /> - Processing Waste - Topsoil <br /> <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />This was a partial inspection of the Deserado Mine by Zach Trujillo of Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety (DRMS) conducted on April 29, 2014. Scott Wanstedt of Blue Mountain Energy, Inc accompanied the <br />inspection. The weather was overcast with moist to dry ground conditions due to precipitation from the prior <br />weekend. Temperatures for the day were around fifty five degrees fahrenheit. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br />Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />Return Shaft 6 has been sealed. The shaft pad has been backfilled and regraded to approximate original contour. <br /> <br />RS-6. RS-6 identification marker. <br /> <br />FISH and WILDLIFE Rule 4.18: <br />Three pronghorn were located along the northern slope of refuse pile RP-2/3/4. <br />
