Varra <br />Varra Companies, Inc. <br />8120 Gage St. <br />Frederick, CO 80516 <br />Re: Durham Sand & Gravel Pit, Permit No. M- 1978 -056, Technical Revision Approval, <br />Revision No. TR -03 <br />Dear Mr. Varra: <br />On May 2, 2014 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved the Technical <br />Revision application submitted to the Division on April 4, 2014, addressing the following: <br />• Reconstruction of the Durham Pit Flood Control Mitigation Plan spillway with recycled <br />concrete blocks mixed with overburden, capped with 2 feet of overburden and a minimum of <br />one foot of topsoil and vegetated with the approved reclamation plan seed mixture instead <br />of the previously constructed and flood damaged concrete sill structure. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 3 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M -1978 -056.
