Couple of things, and if I need to send some to a different person or place please advise.
1) AGAIN, TDRC received your letter dated April 17, on May 3rd,well beyond the comment period. We do
appreciate the written notices, but there is a breakdown at your end with timeliness.
In regard to the 18" flumes Bowie is installing to collect data, we have no real issue with the size, if installed
properly.
2) TDRC would like to make the following comments regarding Bowie's Spruce Stomp Permit
a) we have the decreed right to 6 ft of water at takeout on Garvin Mesa. There is also a more senior right to 1/2
foot to ALLYSON GANNET
at the bottom of West Terror (fauccet ?)
