We do <br />appreciate the written notices, but there is a breakdown at your end with timeliness. <br />In regard to the 18" flumes Bowie is installing to collect data, we have no real issue with the size, if installed <br />properly. <br />2) TDRC would like to make the following comments regarding Bowie's Spruce Stomp Permit <br />a) we have the decreed right to 6 ft of water at takeout on Garvin Mesa.
