Instream Numeric <br />CWQCC regulation 33.0 <br />The two outfalls discharge into Dry Creek which is on <br />Standards <br />Segment 13d of the Yampa River basin. Two surface <br />monitoring sites are located on the permit area, HGSD1 <br />upstream of the permit area and HGSD3 downstream <br />of the permit area.
