COLORADO <br />Division of Reclamation, <br />® <br />A7 Mining and Safety <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />April 30, 2014 <br />Mark Krivanek <br />101 F Street <br />Salida, CO 81201 <br />RE: Chip n Dale; DRMS File No. M- 2014 -017; Second Notice of Incompleteness <br />Dear Mr. Krivanek, <br />On April 4, 2014, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your <br />1 10(2) Hard Rock Reclamation Permit Application package for the Chip n Dale site, File No. M- <br />2014 -017. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following items <br />must be received before the Division can consider your application as being submitted and <br />technical review can begin: <br />6.3.9 Exhibit I — Proof of Filing with County Clerk <br />The proof of filing with the Chaffee County Clerk and Recorder which was submitted to the <br />Division on April 29, 2014 does not satisfy the requirements of Rule 6.3.9. The document <br />which you filed with the County Clerk and Recorder pertained to your BLM claim <br />information. Pursuant to Rule 6.3.9, you must file a copy of the 110(2) Hard Rock <br />Reclamation Permit Application package which you submitted to the Division. In addition, <br />you may omit any information supplied in the application disclosing the location, size, or <br />nature of the deposit or depth of thickness of the ore body or deposit per Rule 1.3(3). You <br />must notify the Division in writing and specify which portions of the application you wish to <br />keep confidential. <br />Your application will not be considered filed until the information listed above is received and <br />found sufficient to begin our review. A decision date will be established 30 days from the date of <br />receipt of all of the requested information. Additionally, if you have already published notice you <br />will need to republish notice, after the Division considers the application submitted. Republication <br />must occur once within ten (10) days of the submittal date. We will notify you when you should <br />initiate republication of your notice. The final date for receiving comments is ten (10) days after <br />the date of publication or the next regular business day. <br />You have until June 17, 2014 to submit all necessary documents that the Office needs for an <br />application to be considered filed.
