STRONG (970- 625 -5404) <br />To whom it may concern <br />3/28/14 <br />Here is our response letter to the questioner form M- 2014 -011. Please also see <br />attached letters, maps, etc. <br />1) Please see attached. <br />2) The Apex is a fed /BLM mining claim. <br />3) The primary mineral is Zinc, with traces of other medals. The minerals are <br />located in a exposed vein. <br />4) At this time we are just maintaining existing shaft and access, tool shed etc. <br />So no equipment or chemicals are needed. <br />5) Material that is being extracted will be used on site. At this time we are only <br />extracting material to keep the existing mine tunnel and access open. And <br />for some sampling. <br />6) Extracted material will be used to fill in some of the old cuts that were made <br />for sampling and testing. <br />7) Material would be hauled to processing plant for the zinc. <br />8) Less than one acre. <br />9) The tunnel is approximately 18o ft in depth. <br />1o) We would need to determine that at a later date. <br />11) No it would not need explosives. <br />12) No it does not affect ground water. <br />13) Not at this time. <br />14) Please see F/S approval letter attached. <br />15) We have F/S approval contingent to your approval. <br />16) No. <br />17) It would go back to the state in was in. <br />18) As of right now only small tools are used. Such as pickups, wheel barrels, <br />picks, shovels, small generator, chainsaw, electric drills. <br />
