The facility experienced precipitation between 0.01 and 0.18 inches (measurable precipitation) for the 24-48 hours prior, as recorded on the enclosed weather report. No mine waters are discharged to this pond, resulting in stornwater runoff loading only. Therefore, the TSS and Total Iron effluent limits do not apply to the discharge on 3/6/2014, rather the Settleable Solids limit of 0.5 mL/L should apply. The 3/6/2014 sample from this location contained TSS of 56 mg/L and Total Iron of 2.05 mg /L.
