MMM Partnership <br />15160 Hwy 144 Lot 1X18 <br />Fort Morgan, CO 80701 <br />To Whom It May Concern, <br />This letter is in response to the request by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety regarding the <br />current and future status of the access road leading to the MMM Partnership Gravel Pit, permit No. M- <br />2006 -042. MMM partnership has used the road to access the current MMM Partnership Pit 1100 and <br />other surrounding areas of the pasture. The road was established prior to the original permit being <br />Issued and the Partnership plans to keep the road in place after final reclamation. This access road has <br />not and should not be included in the pending 112 conversion application. The road is allowed to be <br />maintained but will not be widened beyond its existing state.
