6.4.19 Exhibit S <br />Permanent Man -Made Structures Within <br />200 Feet of Affected Area <br />Permanent man -made structures within 200 feet of the affected area include two <br />livestock water tanks, perimeter fence, overhead distribution and transmission power <br />lines and the county road. The water tanks and fence are owned by the property <br />owner, Verhoeff Farms Inc. County Road )J is property of Bent County. Southeast <br />Colorado Power Association owns the distribution line along the south side of County <br />Road JJ and requests a 25 ft setback with access construction notification to ensure <br />safe clearance from overhead lines. Lamar Light and Power requests a 75 foot radial <br />setback from poles and 50 foot setback from center of easement (100 foot <br />easement) from the transmission line.
