6.4.9 Exhibit I <br />Soils Information <br />Soil series within the proposed permit boundary include Cascajo, Harvey, Satanta <br />and Wilid series. The following soil series descriptions were obtained from the <br />National Soil Conservation Service website. <br />Cascajo soils and gravelly land are excessively drained alluvium. Depth to <br />water table is more than 80 inches. <br />Harvey soil series consists of very deep, well drained, moderately permeable <br />soils that formed in alluvium and windblown sediments derived dominantly <br />from sandstone, shale and limestone commonly referred to as Harvey loam. <br />Clay is prevalent below the first seven inches of ground surface. Depth to <br />water table is more than 80 inches. <br />Satanta loam is well drained soil formed from eolian deposits and /or alluvium <br />derived from sandstone. Clay is prevalent below the first seven inches of <br />ground surface. Depth to water table is more than 80 inches. <br />Wilid silt loam is well drained soil formed from loess and /or eoliean deposits. <br />Clay is prevalent below the first seven inches of ground surface.
