MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS' email dated March 25, 2014 requested additional information. On behalf of <br />Bowie Resources, LLC, enclosed are the requested data. <br />❑ DRMS: The final paragraph on revised page 19 should be revised to say that of <br />the first five VWPs, only VWP -05 is currently in operation. VWP -07 has also <br />ceased to function. <br />BOW: Please see revised page 19. <br />❑ DRMS: On Page 1, under Referenced Documents, I notice that Buckhorn's TR- <br />42 analysis (dated Feb. 15, 2006) is not listed. I believe it would be helpful for <br />HBET to review this report at some point, since it was foundational to a number <br />of the later Buckhorn analyses. (This is a general comment only; I do not <br />anticipate that anything in the Feb -2006 would cause HBET to revise the current <br />TR -85 analysis.) <br />BOW: HBET reviewed the February 2006 report and is now included in Section 1.1 <br />Referenced Documents. Please see the revised HBET stability analysis dated April <br />4, 2014. <br />❑ DRMS: At the bottom of page 3, HBET notes that angles of internal friction of <br />33.5 and 34 degrees were used in various analyses for drained conditions. <br />While true, it should also be mentioned that Buckhorn's Sep. 22, 2008 report <br />(for TR -56) also evaluated the sensitivity to this parameter by evaluating internal <br />
