Tri -State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. <br />is the parent to Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner of Colowyo Coal Company, L.P. <br />Therefore, Tri -State is submitting the DMRs on behalf of the facility. <br />During the 1St quarter, we have claimed a precipitation - related use of Alternate Limitations for Outfall 010A. The <br />supporting documentation is enclosed with the reports, and was submitted to WQCD via NetDMR. <br />The CDRMS Permit number is C- 1981 -019 for this facility. <br />We will be submitting a hard copy of the reports with the requested cover letter to you and the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety — Coal Program Support Staff (Denver office) for your /their files. <br />If you have any questions about these reports, please contact me at 303 - 254 -3185. <br />Thanks, <br />Chantell R.
