Dear Mr. Savage:
The Division issued a second Adequacy Review for RN -4 on 18- Dec -2013. We received your
adequacy response, submitted on behalf of Oakridge Energy, Inc. (Oakridge), on 19- Mar -2014.
The response package consisted of a cover letter and an updated electronic (MS Word) version
of the Abridged Permit Document (APD).
The Division has reviewed the response package for adequacy with respect to the rules and
regulations. The results of our review are itemized below, for your consideration and response.
To maintain consistency, the Division's original adequacy items have been repeated, and are
updated to reflect their present status. A few minor items remain to be resolved.
We understand that Oakridge will be submitting an application in 2014 for a Permit Revision
(PR -1) which will propose a change in the Post - Mining Land Use for the permit area and
incorporate other changes that have been requested under RN -4. Remaining adequacy items that
must be addressed under PR -1 are highlighted below.

1. This item was resolved with the Aug 2014 adequacy response.
2. DRMS 12118: Please revise the wording of Section 2.03.10 to reflect Oakridge's
intention (or not) to apply for a Stormwater (Construction) permit to replace discharge
permit COO- 850042. (If issuance of a replacement Stormwater permit is not sought, the
