NORTH STAR PIT 112 RECLAMATION PERMIT APPLICATION <br />EXHIBIT N — SOURCE OF LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER <br />ACCESS AUTHORIZATION <br />The owners of section 23, T12N, R63 W, 611, PM, KBF Inc. hereby grant an access <br />casement to Superior Oilfield Services Co., LTA, PO Box 336356, Greeley, CO 80633, <br />to build and use a roadway to be built within a 100 ft corridor bordered by the <br />south section line of section D and nrnning for one mile west from Weld County 71. <br />The road shall be built and maintained by Superior Oilfield Services, Co, at their <br />expense.
