The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the
Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on March 21, 2014, a minor revision application
(MR -149) to the Bowie No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C- 1996 -083, operated by Bowie Resources, LLC,
P.O. Box 483, Paonia, CO 81428 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. Bowie
Resources, LLC is proposing to expand the material storage area located west of the haul road and east
of the B Bench, and construct a rock bin on the D Bench. The proposed activities will be conducted
within the currently approved permit and disturbed area boundaries. All reviews and comment periods
as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
