Mr. Tim Cazier <br />April 9, 2014 <br />Page 12 <br />Amendment No. 10 site preparation, development, and backfilling activities continued in <br />portions of the Main Cresson and East Cresson—Wild horse and WHEX —Mine Areas. <br />Continued development and expansion of the Squaw Gulch Overburden Storage Area <br />occurred, along with expansion of the Arequa Gulch VLF. <br />Technical Revisions ( "TRs ") were submitted to and approved by the DRMS during the <br />reporting period for: <br />• TR 67: CC &V proposes the following minor change as part of this <br />request for Technical Revision No. 67 ( "TR -67 ") to the Amendment No. 10 <br />to Permit M- 1980 -244. This TR -67 request includes the proposal for <br />construction of a two additional storage buildings near the Secondary <br />Crusher Facilities at the Cresson Project. <br />• TR 68: CC &V proposes the following minor change as part of this <br />request for Technical Revision ( "TR -68 ") to the Amendment No. 10 to <br />Permit M- 1980 -244. The purpose of this request for technical revision is <br />to construct an extension to the existing liner system suitable for <br />containment of process solutions associated with the Process Solution <br />Enhancement ( "PSE ") facilities. The liner system will be extended <br />beneath the above -grade conveyance pipe lines from the existing Aregua <br />Gulch Adsorption, Desorption and Recovery facilities ( "AGARD ") to the <br />PSE facilities. In addition, this technical revision requests the placement <br />of an approximate 50' by 30' maintenance road /platform upon the down - <br />gradient and outer portion of the approved Squaw Gulch Valley Leach <br />Facilities ( "SGVLF ") toe berm. <br />• TR 69: CC &V proposes Technical Revision No. 69 ( "TR -69 ") to <br />Amendment No. 10 of Permit M- 1980 -244 ( "AM10 "), to authorize <br />relocating a radio relay tower from the South Cresson portion of the Main <br />Cresson mining area to Squaw Mountain, just north of the city of Victor. <br />Relocation of this radio tower would include building a new access road <br />and installation of a new power line to the new radio tower site that was <br />not included in the original application for AM10. <br />Enhancement and general maintenance of storm water control features continued in <br />2013. Other Amendment No. 10 construction activities will continue throughout 2014 <br />and beyond. <br />Reclamation accomplished in 2013 included the following projects: <br />Approximately 18.6 acres of disturbance associated with the Cresson Project were <br />reclaimed in 2013 as shown on the attached map. All areas were re- contoured and six <br />inches of growth medium was applied prior to seeding. Approximately 9.1 acres of <br />
