10. Pay any and all costs and expenses incurred by Company for the Work <br />performed under this Notice to Proceed. <br />11. Provide Company with LiDAR information for the Work area. <br />12. Provide Company with Sage Creek Mine Subsidence Study to include <br />time phased subsidence predictions for various stages of face retreat. <br />13. Provide Company the subsidence monitoring plan. <br />14. Review any associated documents, correspondence, and related work, as <br />appropriate. <br />15.Attend and participate in coordination meetings to accomplish the Work. <br />16. Cooperate and coordinate with Company to efficiently and effectively <br />implement the terms of this Notice to Proceed. <br />The Company shall: <br />17. Provide the requirements, estimated cost, and estimated schedule for <br />Company's resources to perform the Work in a formal proposal upon <br />completing the Work contemplated by this Notice to Proceed. The formal <br />proposal shall include the scope and cost summary required to complete <br />the Work. <br />18. Perform an initial analysis and scope for the Work. The results from this <br />initial scoping study will be provided as an interim report to Customer <br />within one week of its completion. <br />19. Provide Customer with a plan and profile drawings of Owner's <br />transmission lines in the study area within one week of signing this Notice <br />to Proceedor sooner if possible. <br />20. Complete and provide to Customer a report of the Work in two parts as <br />follows: <br />a. Part I will include an evaluation of whether the facilities can <br />accommodate the predicted subsidence. Customer will review Part <br />I and may meet with Company to discuss the results prior to <br />Company commencing Part 2. <br />b. If the facilities are determined to be unable to accommodate the <br />predicted subsidence the Company will, as Part 2, conduct <br />additional analysis to (i) determine the magnitude of subsidence <br />movements that could be tolerated by the undermined structures <br />without risk of losing the line(s) and (ii) determine the nature and <br />
